To make this vegan, use vegan butter and full-fat coconut milk.
The shirataki noodles in Ramen Z are already seasoned, so they have a strong presence even in the rich, creamy soup, and you can enjoy them to the very end.

Ingredients
1 RAMEN Z vegan miso
1 tbsp butter or vegan butter
4oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
½ cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk
½ cup fresh baby spinach
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Directions Heat the butter in a small saucepan until melted. Add the mushrooms and sauté over medium heat until browned; 8 – 10 minutes.
Gently pour in the heavy cream and simmer on medium-low for 5 minutes, until thickened.
Stir in the spinach and black pepper.
Open a package of RAMEN Z, adding the noodles and soup. Toss gently to incorporate.
Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Stir lightly and enjoy hot!
