    Preparation

    Microwave
    1. Transfer the noodles and soup in a microwavable container, cover loosely and microwave for 2-3 minutes
    2. Enjoy

    Stovetop
    1. Boil a pot of water.
    2. place the package in the pot of boiling water. Do not open the package.
    3. Cook noodles for 3 minutes.
    4. Remove package from pot.
    5. Cut the package on the dotted line & pour meal into a bowl.
    6. Enjoy

    * *You can also open the pouch, transfer it to a pot and reheat it on the stovetop.

    Miso Delicious

    Most miso soup leans too heavily on salt without nuanced or complex flavors, but this base is something else. It's delicate and layered like a slow-cooked stock, carefully tended for hours, but ready in an instant. Agreeable as a foundation for any additions, I love using this as inspiration for adding all sorts of seasonal vegetables and plant proteins. I haven't found a single disappointing combination yet!
