Ingredients

  • 1 pack Ramen Z Miso
  • 1 cup vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy Cream (Plant Milk for vegan option)
  • 2 cup cauliflower
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp butter (vegan butter for vegan option)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

  • In a pot, combine cauliflower, vegetable stock, cream, butter, and garlic and bring to a boil (5-10 min)
  • Once tender, place all contents in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Prepare your RAMENZ package according to the instructions on your package.
  • In serving bowl, add your RAMENZ package and the creamy cauliflower sauce and garnish with chili powders and nutritional yeast. Feel free to add any other toppings! Enjoy.
