Separate RAMEN Z noodles and soup in a colander and bowl. Keep the soup.
Place just noodles in the serving bowl first.
Cut all toppings as listed in the ingredients topping list.
Customizing soup: Put soup in a pot and add gochujang and heat over medium heat.
Add the bite cut broccoli and sliced mushrooms to the pot and cook until your desired firmness.
When broccoli and mushrooms are cooked, add them to the serving bowl containing the noodles along with the soup.
Top with nori seaweed and serve.
If you like it spicier, add more gochujang and a few cloves of chopped garlic when cooking the soup.
