Ingredients

  • 1 pack Ramen Z Tonkotsu
  • 1 cup broccoli crown cut into bite size
  • few slices mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp corn (can or boiled fresh) 
  • 2 sheet seaweed

Soup

  • 3/4 tbsp or as you like gochujang

Instructions

  • Separate RAMEN Z noodles and soup in a colander and bowl. Keep the soup. 
  • Place just noodles in the serving bowl first. 
  • Cut all toppings as listed in the ingredients topping list. 
  • Customizing soup: Put soup in a pot and add gochujang and heat over medium heat. 
  • Add the bite cut broccoli and sliced mushrooms to the pot and cook until your desired firmness.
  • When broccoli and mushrooms are cooked, add them to the serving bowl containing the noodles along with the soup.
  • Top with nori seaweed and serve.
  • If you like it spicier, add more gochujang and a few cloves of chopped garlic when cooking the soup.
