Ingredients
- 1 pack Ramen Z Tonkotsu
- 1 cup broccoli crown cut into bite size
- few slices mushrooms
- 2 tbsp corn (can or boiled fresh)
- 2 sheet seaweed
Soup
- 3/4 tbsp or as you like gochujang
Instructions
- Separate RAMEN Z noodles and soup in a colander and bowl. Keep the soup.
- Place just noodles in the serving bowl first.
- Cut all toppings as listed in the ingredients topping list.
- Customizing soup: Put soup in a pot and add gochujang and heat over medium heat.
- Add the bite cut broccoli and sliced mushrooms to the pot and cook until your desired firmness.
- When broccoli and mushrooms are cooked, add them to the serving bowl containing the noodles along with the soup.
- Top with nori seaweed and serve.
- If you like it spicier, add more gochujang and a few cloves of chopped garlic when cooking the soup.
