Let’s turn burgers into a bowl of ramen!
To make this vegan, use meatless grounds and shredded non-dairy cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Ramen Z Tonkotsu
- 2-3 oz lean ground beef or meatless grounds
- 1 pc sliced small tomato
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese or non-dairy cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tbsp minced yellow onion
- 1 tbsp Sliced dill pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Place the ground beef in a small saucepan and sauté over medium heat until browned.
- Dice half of the tomato and stir it in along with the mustard; remove from the heat.
- Heat and open a package of RAMEN Z, placing the noodles and soup in a serving bowl.
- Top with the meat mixture, shredded cheese, lettuce, onion, and pickles (if desired.)
- Thinly slice the remaining half of the tomato and arrange it on top as well. Enjoy!
