Ingredients

  • 1 pack Ramen Z Miso
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 pc green onion
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup snap peas or snow peas, blanched
  • 1/4 cup asparagus tips, blanched
  • 1/4 pc Sliced avocado

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the basil, parsley, green onion, spinach, lemon juice, and a splash of the broth from the RAMEN Z package. Blend on high speed to completely puree.
  • Place the remaining broth and noodles from the package into a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer and add the snap peas or snow peas and asparagus. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes, until the vegetables are bright green.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and blend in the green herb broth. Top with avocado and enjoy hot!
