Enjoying ramen noodles in a steaming broth during summer can be challenging. Opting for a refreshing salad-style ramen is a delightful alternative!
Ingredients
- 1 pack Ramen Z Miso
- 4 pcs cherry tomatoe 1/4 cut
- 2 tbsp boiled edamame
- 1/4 pcs baby bell pepper julienne cut
- As much as you like Kimchi
- As much as you like Sprouts
- 1/4 tsp sesame seeds (black or white)
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp RAMEN Z miso soup
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Separate RAMEN Z noodles and soup in a colander and bowl. Keep the soup.
- Place just noodles in a serving bowl.
- Cut all toppings as lied in the ingredients topping list.
- Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
- Place toppings on the noodles. Pour seasoning over and it is ready to eat. Enjoy!
