Ingredients

  • 1 pack Ramen Z Tonkotsu
  • 3 tbsp vegan butte
  • 1 pc spring onion or yellow onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pack RamenZ Broth
  • 1 tbsp flour (for thickening)

Instructions

  • Separate noodles and broth from RamenZ packet and set aside
  • In a pot, combine butter, onion and pepper and sauté until caramelized (about 10 min)
  • Add flour to onions and stir until combined
  • Add the broth that we set aside earlier to the pot of onion and simmer.
  • Add the noodles and simmer for another 3 minutes
  • Lastly, top it off with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
