Ingredients
- 1 pack Ramen Z Tonkotsu
- 3 tbsp vegan butte
- 1 pc spring onion or yellow onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 pack RamenZ Broth
- 1 tbsp flour (for thickening)
Instructions
- Separate noodles and broth from RamenZ packet and set aside
- In a pot, combine butter, onion and pepper and sauté until caramelized (about 10 min)
- Add flour to onions and stir until combined
- Add the broth that we set aside earlier to the pot of onion and simmer.
- Add the noodles and simmer for another 3 minutes
- Lastly, top it off with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
