RAMEN Z starts as a vegan ramen base, offering the perfect canvas for customization to cater to individual tastes. You can easily enhance it with various add-ons like meat and eggs.
In our latest creation, we’ve paired RAMEN Z with the tangy crunch of Japanese pickles and takana (pickled Japanese mustard greens), complemented by the savory richness of bacon.

Ingredients
- 1 pack Ramen Z Miso or
- 1 pack Ramen Z Tonkotsu
- 1/4 cup Chopped pickled Takana (Pickled Mustard Greens)
- 1 or 2 sliced Bacon cut into 1"
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp Beni Shoga (red pickled ginger)
- 1 pc green onion stalk chopped
- 1 tsp oil for pan frying
Instructions
- In a small pan, pour oil and heat it over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced bacon and takana to the pan, and cook until the bacon becomes crispy.
- Add beaten egg to the pan and cook like a scrambled egg.
- Open a package of RAMEN Z and place the noodles and soup in a serving bowl.
- Top the cooked 3) on RAMEN Z.
- Sprinkle chopped green onion and beni shoga (pickled ginger). Enjoy!
