Ingredients
- 1 pack Ramen Z Tonkotsu
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2-3 oz lean ground beef or meatless grounds
- 1 tbsp chinese fermented black beans (douchi)
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sichuan peppercorns
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 2 oz 2 ounces silken tofu, diced
- 1 pc green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a small saucepan and add the ground beef. Sauté over medium heat until browned.
- Add the fermented black beans, ginger, garlic, peppercorns, pepper flakes, and white pepper, stirring well to incorporate. Sauté for one minute, until aromatic.
- Heat and open a package of RAMEN Z, placing the noodles and soup in a serving bowl.
- Top with the cooked meat mixture, tofu, and green onions.
