Ingredients
- 1 pack Ramen Z Tonkotsu
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 3-4 slices fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 cup ½ cup kimchi
- 2 oz sliced sriracha baked tofu
- 1 pc green onion thinly sliced
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a small saucepan along with the sliced shiitake and sauté over medium heat until browned.
- Heat and open a package of RAMEN Z, placing the noodles and soup in a serving bowl.
- Stir the gochujang into the broth, mixing vigorously to incorporate.
- Top with the cooked shiitake, kimchi, tofu, and green onion.
