Ingredients

  • 1 pack Ramen Z Miso
  • 1 cup salad mix
  • 2-5 pcs shishito pepper
  • 1-3 pcs cherry tomato cut into half
  • 2 oz shimeji mushrooms
  • a little Yuzu Salt
  • 1 tsp Your choice of oil for pan frying

Instructions

  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Poke a few holes in the shishito peppers with a toothpick.
  • Pan fry all the topping vegetables and sprinkle Yuzu salt.
