Ingredients
- 1 pack Ramen Z Miso
- 1 cup salad mix
- 2-5 pcs shishito pepper
- 1-3 pcs cherry tomato cut into half
- 2 oz shimeji mushrooms
- a little Yuzu Salt
- 1 tsp Your choice of oil for pan frying
Instructions
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
- Poke a few holes in the shishito peppers with a toothpick.
- Pan fry all the topping vegetables and sprinkle Yuzu salt.
